Service Description
In this class, we will increase the spring load, use weights and props for resistance, and tone muscles with repetition. You may find yourself shaking at some point, but you will leave this class feeling powerful.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be booked up to 30 minutes prior to start. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so at least 12 hours in advance of your session. Pilates Evolution will not be able to credit your account or issue a refund for a missed session without such advanced notice.
