Find a deeper understanding of your movement, whether you are a seasoned pro or new to Pilates.
Service Description
Movement will be based on the core Pilates principles of tuning into your breath and connecting your mind to your body. The focus will be on developing core stability while having fun doing so. You will improve your balance, alignment and mobility. Most work will be on reformers, but the tower will occasionally be incorporated.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be booked up to 30 minutes prior to start. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so at least 12 hours in advance of your session. Pilates Evolution will not be able to credit your account or issue a refund for a missed session without such advanced notice.
