She received her comprehensive Pilates training at Riverside Community College and continued to study the body by receiving her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Her style of teaching is relaxed, focused, and precise. She enjoys helping individuals find deeper connections to their bodies by focusing on alignment. She hopes that after you take her class you will walk away feeling taller, stronger, and ready to take on the day!
Jeff
Instructor
Jeff was introduced to mindful movement practices after being hit by a car as a teenager. His life of team sports and aquatics was turned into a lifelong pursuit for physical comfort and ease. Jeff discovered the benefits of Pilates in 2015 and quickly realized the importance of integrating the principles and exercises into his regular training program. He has since completed comprehensive programs at BASI Pilates, ITT Pilates, and continues his education focusing on rehabilitation for injuries and pathologies. Jeff’s sessions aim to educate students on how the body moves with relative ease or difficulty, why the body communicates certain sensations when centered or misaligned, and what to do about it in order to create your own comfort. His classes are safe for any body but challenging for every body!
